Alais Ole-Morindat, based in Tanzania, has over twenty five years experience working within the development sector. He has served on the board and committees of various organisations  most notably, the Foundation for Civil Society in Tanzania, the Tanzania Natural Resource Forum, Tanzania Pastoralist and Hunter Gatherers organisation, the CARE International Pastoralist Basket Fund and as an independent member of the DAC Network on Poverty Reduction.
