This is the second part of a three day workshop. This full-day training course is limited to 25 participants to ensure active participation by all. It starts from the theory of people power and social change presented on Friday and moves on to focus on how to build movements and plan and carry out people power campaigns. There will be historical case studies, presentation of practical tools and group work where the tools can be practiced. The training will be interactive and divided into modules covering everything from understanding of power, mechanisms of change, strategies, tactics, mobilisation, leadership, communications and dealing with violence.
